Heute präsentiere ich Euch Teil 2 meines Video-Tourtagebuchs. Im Mai habe ich meine zweite Tour als Deutschlands erster Straßenleser gestartet. Nach Würzburg ging es für mich über Schweinfurt und Fulda weiter in Richtung Thüringen: Am frühen Abend erreichte ich die Wartburg, die prachtvoll über Eisenach thront und in der Martin Luther einst das Neue Testament übersetzte. Mehr Worte will ich jetzt auch gar nicht schreiben: Schließlich gibt’s hierfür ja das Video. Viel Spaß dabei. Teil 1 findet Ihr übrigens hier.

Today, I’m presenting Part 2 of my video tour diary. I started my second tour as Germany’s First Street Reader in May. My first day ended in Würzburg. I left the city in Lower Franconia and traveled on via Schweinfurt and Fulda towards Thuringia: in the early evening, I reached the Wartburg, which looms majestically above the city of Eisenach. The Wartburg is best known as the place where Martin Luther hid and translated the New Testament. I hope you enjoy the video, even though it’s in German. You can find Part 1 here, by the way.
