»Erinnerungen« läuft ab heute online auf dem OneCloud Film Festival
“Memories” starts screening online today at the OneCloud Film Festival

Es ist soweit: Erinnerungen ist online zu sehen! Der 15-Minüter ist in der Sommerausgabe des Facebook Film Festivals »OneCloudFest« als einer von nur 21 Filmen aus elf verschiedenen Ländern nominiert. Von heute an sind die nominierten Filme bis zum 31. August 2012 online. Die 21 Nominierten sind zusätzlich noch in vier Kategorien aufgeteilt:

Music Videos: fünf Nominierte
2× Schweden, Neuseeland, USA und Deutschland -
Animation: drei Nominierte
United Kingdom, Australien/Frankreich und USA -
Dokumentationen: vier Nominierte
2× Spanien, Frankreich und Indien -
Narrative Kurzfilme: neun Nominierte
4× USA, Brasilien, Kanada, Italien, Japan und ein Film aus Deutschland: »Erinnerungen«
Das Festival geht dreimal im Jahr über die Bühne: im Frühling, im Sommer und im Herbst. Die Siegerfilme kommen ins große Finale, das logischerweise im Winter stattfindet, und konkurrieren um den »OneCloudFest Annual Finals Award«. Oder mit den Worten des Veranstalters:
A friendly reminder of how our competition works: the top 3 titles with the most ›Likes‹ + OCF Favs will compete again in the FINAL rounds for cash & prizes and the ›OCF Finals Award‹ of the year that will begin January 2013.
Damit »Erinnerungen« die anderen Filme wie holländische Fußballer aussehen lassen kann – höhö –, bedarf es – wie Du soeben lesen konntest – auch Deiner Hilfe! Denn neben dem Jury-Entscheid kannst ebenso Du mit Deinem »Like« zum Erfolg des Films beitragen. Also – husch, husch – zur Facebook-App OneCloudFest, Film angucken, »Gefällt mir« klicken und am besten noch einen Kommentar hinterlassen.
Falls Du zum ersten Mal »Erinnerungen« / »Memories« sehen solltest, würde ich mich zusätzlich noch sehr, sehr, sehr über eine Kritik, eine Rückmeldung oder ein Hallo freuen. Übrigens ist »Erinnerungen« auch erstmals außerhalb der USA mit dem neuen, alternativen Ende zu sehen! Somit solltest Du Dir – auch falls Du den Film bereits kennen solltest – diese Fassung auch einmal anschauen.

The time has come: Memories is now available to watch online! The 15-minute short film has been nominated for the summer edition of the Facebook Film Festival “OneCloudFest” as one of only 21 films from eleven different countries. Starting today, the nominated films will be available online until August 31, 2012. The 21 nominees are also divided into four categories:

Music Videos: five nominees

Documentaries: four nominees
2× Spain, France and India -
Narrative Short Films: nine nominees

The festival takes place three times a year: in spring, summer and fall. The winning films move on to the grand finale, which logically takes place in winter, and compete for the “OneCloudFest Annual Finals Award.” Or, in the words of the organizer:

So that “Memories” can make the other films look like Dutch footballers – hehe –, it will also need your help, as you have just read. Because in addition to the jury’s decision, you too can contribute to the film’s success with your “Like.” So off you go: head over to the Facebook app OneCloudFest, watch the film, click “Like” and ideally leave a comment as well.
If this is your first time watching “Memories,” I would also be very, very, very happy to receive a review, some feedback or simply a hello. By the way, this is also the first time “Memories” can be seen outside the USA with its new, alternative ending! So even if you already know the film, you should definitely give this version a watch.
